Objectives: 2.5x, 5x, 10x, 20x, 40x (dry), 40x (water), 40x, 63x, 100x (oil)

 

The Leica DMi8 is a versatile widefield microscope system suitable for fluorescence, brightfield, contrast method (phase contrast, DIC, polarized), histology color imaging and live-cell imaging (with OKO lab on-stage incubator). The system can be used to image multiple sample types including slides, Petri dishes, multi-well plates, and small flasks. It is also capable of large tile stitching and can be operated as a whole slide scanning instrument.
